For withdrawals, the minimum amount is RM 50. Klwin18 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing members from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following conditions unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion's terms:

• Every bonus comes with wagering requirement that must be met before any withdrawal can be made.
• The welcome bonus can only be claimed one time only for each new account holder.
• Bonuses may not be transferred to another member or redeemed for cash directly without meeting the wagering requirements.
• Klwin18 reserves the right to void any bonus if there is evidence of promotional abuse or fraud.

Wagering requirement means you must place bets totalling a specified value (for example, 10x the bonus amount) before the bonus funds can be withdrawn as cash. For instance, if you receive a RM 50 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement, you would need to place bets totalling RM 500 using the bonus funds before they can be withdrawn.

All bets placed through the klwin18 platform are final and cannot be reversed once confirmed by the system, except in the following circumstances:

• A technical disruption occurring that materially affects the outcome of a bet.
• A bet is placed after the start of a sporting event (for pre-match betting categories).
• The event is cancelled, suspended for more than 12 hours, or does not conclude within the timeframe set by klwin18.

For Sports Betting on competitions such as the Malaysia Super League and English Premier League (EPL), klwin18 uses real-time updated odds. The odds displayed at the time a bet is confirmed are the odds that apply to that bet. Any change in odds after confirmation will not affect bets that have already been placed.
